Hello and welcome to my website!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks for coming here. My name is Elzbieta Gruntowicz, please call me Ella. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Counselling by Ella<\/strong> is my private online counselling practice for individuals (age: 18 to 65+) providing services for general and mental health counselling. I welcome every person<\/strong> who wants to improve their life and how they feel. This includes culturally diverse people, migrants and refugees, neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am currently accepting new clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Counselling by Ella<\/strong> is confidential<\/em> in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Practice of the Association for Counsellors in Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While talking with me, clients have their own “Me time” in a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental atmosphere. Clients share their situation and their difficulties as well as their individual needs and hopes for counselling. We discuss the impacts of their challenges on their health and wellbeing, cognitive and emotional functioning, and their relationships and social life. We clarify the client’s values and agree on the goals for counselling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the client’s individual needs, I implement a range of therapeutic approaches, such as evidence-based approaches to healing and recovery, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and humanistic therapies, which promote client’s agency and empowerment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I care for my clients and support them to identify, understand, appreciate and manage their emotions, as well as improve mental, emotional and relational functioning, facilitating the clients’ healing and growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
