(Level 2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My first professional career involved IT and Project Management. After many years of working in the corporate world, I changed the trajectory of my career and became a life and executive coach. During the COVID pandemic, I evolved and studied Counselling. In 2024 I graduated with a Master of Counselling degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My Counselling approach:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establishing therapeutic relationship, with cultural awareness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compassionate, strengths-based, trauma-informed, growth-oriented<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-judgmental, non-pathologising, evidence-based approach to healing and recovery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting client&#8217;s agency and empowerment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bio\/psycho\/social\/spiritual aspects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>According to the client&#8217;s individual needs, implementing a variety of therapies, including Humanistic and Postmodern therapies: Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centred approach, and Solution-Focused therapy, as well as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As a counsellor, I love:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Co-creating a therapeutic relationship where the client feels listened to, accepted, valued, appreciated, and understood,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating a therapeutic space where the client feels safe to speak their issues, discuss their needs, express their thoughts and emotions, explore their experiences, collaborate on possible ways forward, and feels supported in achieving their desired outcomes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discovering the clients\u2019 inner strengths and abilities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing their trust and confidence in those inner abilities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overcoming internal burdens and releasing extreme emotions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recreating internal balance and harmony, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empowering the clients to follow their dreams and aspirations, and achieve their goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Counselling by Ella<\/strong> is an online service, by appointment only.
